1. Organiser and scope
The in-person training and enrolment process are organised by FIERO Academy, the operating name of FIERO GROUP DI FURMAN BRUNA FABIULA, sole proprietorship, Piazza Serragli 5 B, 36010 Chiuppano (VI), Italy, VAT no. 04665180248, tax code FRMBNF87E68Z602X.
The FUSION pathway combines in-person activities organised by FIERO Academy with online training delivered through the SkyGloss portal. SkyGloss manages its content, access and certificate issuance. After payment confirmation, FIERO registers the student on the portal and, once all requirements have been verified, submits the required certification authorisation through its Partner access.
2. Request, acceptance and availability
Submitting the form is an enrolment request and does not automatically secure a place. Enrolment becomes effective after acceptance by the organiser and payment confirmation.
Enrolments and Partner Codes close automatically at 23:59 on the fifth calendar day before the course begins, or earlier if all places are filled.
3. Price, payment and tax documents
The published total price for the FUSION pathway is EUR 1,350.00 and includes the in-person training organised by FIERO Academy and access to the online component delivered through the SkyGloss portal. The tax document is issued according to the legal classification of the transaction and the applicable rules.
FIERO GROUP operates under the Italian flat-rate tax scheme and does not charge VAT within the applicable statutory conditions. Card payments through Stripe and PayPal are available. Instalment options depend on the payment provider.
A valid promotional code changes the total before payment. A Partner Code only attributes the enrolment to an approved Partner and does not automatically grant a discount.
4. Minimum attendance and course confirmation
An edition requires at least six participants. FIERO verifies the minimum no later than ten calendar days before the start date.
If FIERO does not activate or cancels the edition, the participant may choose a free transfer to the next available date or a full refund. If no choice is communicated by the stated deadline, FIERO issues the refund.
5. Changes and participant cancellation
For safety, trainer unavailability, force majeure or unavoidable organisational needs, FIERO may propose a change of venue, time or date. For a material change, the participant may transfer or receive a full refund.
After the statutory withdrawal period, a free transfer is available if requested at least fifteen days before the course. Later cancellations are not refundable, but an eligible substitute may be nominated before the course begins.
6. Withdrawal and early performance
Where the participant is a consumer contracting at a distance, the statutory fourteen-day withdrawal right applies. A consumer requesting portal access or service performance during that period must make a separate express request. Financial consequences for services already performed and digital content apply only within the limits of mandatory law.
7. SkyGloss access and credentials
FIERO normally registers the student on the SkyGloss portal within two business days after payment confirmation. Temporary credentials are sent by email and, only when authorised, by WhatsApp. The student must immediately change the password; FIERO does not retain it in plain text.
SkyGloss manages portal access, online content and certificate issuance under its own applicable rules. FIERO cannot alter those rules or promise decisions on SkyGloss's behalf. Mandatory rights against the contracting party remain unaffected.
8. Completion and certification
Certification authorisation requires completion of all SkyGloss online modules and all FIERO in-person activities. In-person attendance alone does not entitle the student to certification.
The online modules should be completed before the in-person training and must in any event be completed within ninety calendar days after its final day. One thirty-day extension may be granted for a serious documented impediment. Health evidence must have diagnoses and clinical details redacted and is deleted after the decision; only the essential outcome remains recorded.
After the applicable deadline, FIERO does not cancel portal access and payments are not automatically forfeited. The student must complete the online modules and pass a new in-person practical assessment before FIERO may authorise certification.
9. Practical assessment after the deadline
At a location indicated by FIERO, the fixed assessment fee is EUR 100.00 per session. A further fee is due if the assessment must be repeated because of an insufficient result or missing resources for which the student was responsible.
At the student's location, the professional fee is EUR 500.00 for each day actually committed, including required outward travel, assessment and return travel days. Before any booking, the itinerary, committed days and total professional fee are agreed in writing.
In both cases, the student directly provides, arranges and pays for every required resource: a suitable vehicle, original SkyGloss products, applicators, tools, equipment, personal protective equipment and a technically suitable and safe workplace. When FIERO travels, the student chooses, books and directly pays for travel, accommodation, meals and local transport in agreement with FIERO. FIERO does not advance or recharge those expenses.
The assessment cannot proceed if resources or safety conditions are inadequate. A technical and logistical checklist is provided in advance.
10. Safety and conduct
The student must follow technical and safety sheets, trainer instructions, ventilation requirements and required personal protective equipment. Unsafe conduct may cause the assessment or participation to be stopped, without limiting mandatory rights.
11. Photography and recording
Photos and recordings may be produced during the course. Internal, institutional and advertising uses require separate optional permissions. Refusal does not prevent enrolment or attendance.
12. Intellectual property
Materials, methods, slides, videos, marks and documents remain the property of their respective owners and may only be used for the permitted personal professional purpose.
13. Professional responsibility
Training provides knowledge and skills but does not replace assessment of each vehicle. Subsequent applications remain the responsibility of the professional performing them. Nothing limits mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
14. Communications and complaints
Operational communications and complaints may be sent to amministrazione@fierogroup.it. FIERO handles matters concerning FIERO Academy training and forwards matters concerning the SkyGloss portal, content or certification to SkyGloss in compliance with data-protection law.
15. Governing law
Italian law applies. Consumers retain their mandatory competent forum and all rights granted by Italian and European law.
